   How to Recover From "Frozen" Java Workflows Session

Occasionally Java Workflows will appear to be frozen. You will be unable to enter or scan text into a text entry field, but you are still able to click on buttons and in menus. To recover from this problem without having to restart Workflows try the following:

Click on the "Help" menu. Then click "About..." in the help menu. Then click "OK" on the "About" screen. You should now be able to use Workflows normally, including scanning and entering text.
